Noia  Foundation goals  is mainly to research and develop new job skills, sell courseware to education organizations and. train job skills by distant learning and classroom using founder innovative methodology and offering Scholarships to poor smart students". Free initial Royalty franchises would be sold in each nation and joint ventures and sub joint ventures in each continent .Eventually  the foundation would break even and help undeveloped continents.

 I. INTRODUCTION:

Noia Foundation has two main goals: 1) Continuous  Research and Development of jobs skills courseware and 2) Offer scholarships and assistance to smart poor students when student mainly if student do not get help the government. To Achieve these goals the foundation would raise funds from government, The foundations  and corporations.

This Foundation supervisor reporting to the General manager  position was created as a mixture of supervision and fund raising reporting to the manager. Incumbents of this position is responsible for all foundation R&D , scholarships and fund raising.

 II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maybe the  holder of this position may focus first on fund raising so that the Foundation, may accomplish its goals. Reporting to the General Manager he is responsible for supervising the writer(s) and receptionist find appropriate students for scholarships  and and  recommends them for approval to the manager who in turn obtains the Board of Directors approval. .

2. Devises and discusses with the General Manager  fund raising  method. Raises funds from the Government grants, foundations and corporations  for research and development of job skills courseware and help poor students with scholarships and allowances if not helped by the Government..

3. Prepares written fund raising campaigns to the manager. Recommends the solutions to any unfavorable conditions and suggests changes. Ensures compliance with the Government guidelines and/or policies and approved budgets.

4. Evaluates  and or employees suggestions related to improvements and recommends  them for rewards and implementation.

5. Writes/co-ordinates  media relieves, free promotion such as announcements and/or articles to keep the Foundation  in prospective donors mind.

6. Presents financial reports quarterly to the manager who in turn presents them for analysis to the Board of Directors.

7. Ensures that applicants for scholarships are poor and with the highest marks. Presents petition and reasons for scholarships and assistance to the Board of Directors for approval ..


8.. Researchs job skills on demand in companies and recommends to them for development

9. Performs other foundation related  duties in coordination with the manager.

 III. CONTROLS OVER WORK:

Reporting to the the General Manager and  Co-ordinates important duties. Exercises independent judgment in carrying out responsibilities. Performance is evaluated by the overall effectiveness of raising funds results and compliance with Foundations laws..

 IV. OBJECTIVE:

Coaches and trains staff  so they will  become efficient and productive members of the Foundation and consequently work for success.

In addition to fund raising and management capability, incumbent would also be a well qualified professional in public relations.  Preferable incumbent would have accounting background.

I. INTRODUCTION:

As a Receptionist Communicates effectively in a pleasant manner, either using communication devices such as telephones or direct contact, with incoming and outgoing people and benefactors - Pleasing prospective donors or current benefactors is the mandate of the Foundation in order to accomplish its goal. The receptionist may be meeting new people and her/his important job is to impress people at the first contact, the receptionist must always reflect professionalism.

Performs word processing/typing/editing under the courseware writer supervision and Internet duties as assigned .

Receives all donated cash instruments, obtains benefactors information and enters it into the Web database. Maintains donors information and ensures that  file is correct.  Prepares  Daily Donations and Cash Receipts Reports (DDCRR) and deposits and transmits information to Foundation manager.

As a bookkeeper under the indirect supervision of a supervisor and external accountant. Provides double entry accounting bookkeeping using MAP6/MAGIC2  education software - Major/Minor Accounting Package computerized system and maintains all types of accounting records such as books of original entry including all accounting related functions for the accountant to prepare quarterly reports for  management and Board of Directors per Binder #1 Bookkeeping  payroll  #2 Payroll steps..

 The purpose of this position is to act as secretary/receptionist,  to perform bookkeeping functions assisted by an internal or external accountant and maintenance of information database.. The accountant prepares Quarterly reports to present to the Board of directors and at the end of the fiscal year the reports not for profit requirements..

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Under the direct supervision of the Foundation  supervisor  and indirect supervision of the external accountant and foundation writer  the receptionist tasks are performed in co-operation with all staff such as the job skills text writer. Collects and distributes all mail.

2. Collects all cash related and documents and prepares the Daily Sales Report and secures deposits

3. Prepares all checks and performs payroll duties timely.

4. Maintains all books of original entry such as Journals using MAP6 computerized accounting system.

5. Performs other bookkeeping accounting functions recommended by the external accountant.

6. Performs other  related duties  of equivalent scope as assigned.

III. CONTROLS OVER WORK:

Reports to the supervisor and works in co-operation with colleagues using guidelines, exercises good judgment in carrying out responsibilities.

IV. OTHER SIGNIFICANT FACTS:

Receptionists/Bookkeeper  will be well qualified receptionist, word processor and possess a basic bookkeeping and take MAP6 and Swap courses with. In keeping with organization aims, responsibility is not just communication, typing,  he/she maintains and updates all the donors records and related reporting functions. He/she is an effective communicator, proficient in the English Language and is efficient in editing. Selected receptionist will  take MAP6 computer  General Ledger and Payroll courses free  before starting  working.  In addition, tests courseware written by  the job skills writer.

Tests courseware   to ensure texts are self or assisted coach learning. Has receptionist test courseware before releasing courseware to test by school.

In the absence of foundation acts as  supervisor and reports directly to the General Manager..

 II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Researches new technology  job skills and demand for them, then writes jobs skills texts including steps and solutions using  innovative methodology available so that courseware may become learning guaranteed per shopping list certificate.

         While acting  as Foundation Manager performs additional duties as follows:

1. Writes/co-ordinates with General Manager media relieves, free promotion such announcements and/or articles to keep the Foundation   in the public mind including corporations.
