 I. INTRODUCTION:

Reporting to the Board of Directors and  is responsible for all  Foundation operation in accordance with sound policies .  Board of Directors guidance Ensures that all   divisions operations are carried out in accordance with the the purpose of the foundation.Signs all checks co-signed by a designated Board of Directors member.

 II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Reports to the the Board of Directors proposed foundation activities such as franchisees, Joint ventures, branches and and proposed scholarships including charities to poor students with high mark. Hires and or fires employees. Coordinates sales and marketing  and relocated functions with the sales staff. Implements a full range of guidelines/policies and operating procedures for approval by the Board of Directors. Exercises independent judgment and presents policy proposals through to the Board of Directors. Specifically:

2. Prepares written operation and related functions reports. Suggests recommend solutions to any un favorable conditions.

Ensures operation compliance with the Government guidelines and/or Board of Directors policies and approved budgets. Presents financial statements to the  Board od Directors quarterly.

3. Evaluates employee suggestions related to operation improvements and approves or rejects them and/or recommends rewards and implementation to the Board of Director.

4. Directs departments. and in co-operation with  the marketing courseware personnel to education organization. Writes/coordinates with Board of Directors media relieves, free promotion such announcements and/or articles to keep the Foundation organization in the public mind and consequently acquire more clientele and donations for the foundation excellent causes.

6. Performs other duties such other functions as deemed necessary by the -president..

 III. CONTROLS OVER WORK:

Co-ordinates important duties, before presentation to the Board of Directors. Exercises Board of directors in the quarterly meetings . Performance is evaluated by the overall effectiveness of the operations strategy. Guidelines include government directives and Board of Directors policies.

 IV. OBJECTIVE:

This position was created as the the foundation divisions executive . Through directing and counseling and operations related staff they will become efficient and productive members of the world and consequently be influential in make it profitable for for foundation good causes.

 V. OTHER SIGNIFICANT FACTS:

In addition to operations and management capability, incumbent will also be a well qualified professional entrepreneur executive preferable with accounting background and experienced executive in the public relations field. In keeping foundation aims, his/her responsibility is not just manage operations but also to be creative and ensure efficient productivity.
