Founder Employment Policy and Benefits

Foundation offers fair and good employees policies in order to try to keep good employees in the corporation for life, if, possible. To do this he suggests fair and good policies as follows:

Discipline:

1. Each employee is hired  temporary one year. This should be enough time for management to determine each employee competence and corporation job fitting -If employee is not dismissed during this period he/she becomes a permanent employee. Permanent employees cannot be terminated except for cause such the stealing,. or lack of funds, etc.

2. . Management and/or the personnel office will maintain an employee record for each employee: a Employee good behavior or rewards.
b. Keep second time reprimand in writing for employment defaults.

c Keep third time reprimand - employee will receive a letter, counseling employee not to repeat faults - As a punishment employee will not have end of the year bonus applicable to all other employees, if any.
 
d. If the employee continues to default. Employee may be asked to resign by himself without receiving the regular package pay.

Employees Benefits:

When each employee become permanent half year salary will be invested and compound interest is accumulated to date and will be considered the specific employee retirement package or dismissal for no cause. If at the time of termination package is not equal one week  salary per year of services the package will  be adjusted.

3. Bonus to employees. Note. It is the founder believes that all employees that do not have a bad record would receive the same bonus. Founder believes that the evaluation process of employee is embarrassing to supervisors and/or managers and many times it results in unjust evaluation All employees would be considered good employees if there is no reprimands in his/her record and should receive the same bonus at the end of the year if profits are available.

. 4. Termination within temporary status. Employees dismissed during the temporary period will be paid  accumulated annual leave plus one week salary and will be notified privately by management of reason for dismiss, which may help employee future employment.

. 5. Termination after employee becomes permanent. Terminated employees for no cause will receive is accumulated package invested in his name plus  unused annual leave plus maximum of 30 hours accumulated leave at the end of the calendar year.

. 6. Resigned employees. Resigned employees will not receive the package invested but will receive annual leave and  one week per each year of services.

. 7. Employees terminated by cause. Permanent employees terminated by cause may try to prove his/her innocence by appealing to the Board of Directors (BOD) and the BOD may appoint a committee to analyze the case and its recommendation is final. If the committee considers employee innocent, employee will be reinstated and/or offered a position in another department.

8. Employees Suggestions. Employee suggestions will be evaluated by management and if implemented a reward will be given to employee based on savings. Reward will be announced. If suggestion is implemented later employee will be rewarded.

9. Employee of the Quarter. As of the end of the quarter, March, June, September and December. Employees will nominate "Employee of the Quarter.  Each employee ca only be nominated once per year. Picture of Employee of he Quarter will be displayed during that quarter designated.

Other  Significant Benefits:

 All employees will be paid every two weeks and payday will be Friday of the following week after payroll period ending. Each payroll period will start on Monday and end on Sunday of the second week. Annual leave or vacation and sick leave will be maintained by the payroll section for each employee. During the temporary time and three years of services each employee will accumulate 4 hours of annual leave  per pay period of two weeks. After three year of permanent employment employees will accumulate 7 hour per payroll period of two weeks and sick  leave will be maintained at 4 hours per pay period. Each employee will have 3 steps of pay increase, each step of 5% of salary  will be  received during 3 years of permanent employee service. In addition, there will be a surrey of salaries every three year  based on inflation and industry increases.  General steps follow:

 1. Payroll general employees pay will be maintained by the Human Resources Office (HRO)
 
2. HRO will notify payroll section and employees of pay steps,  promotion and leave and sick leave per pay period.

 3. Payroll department will maintain annual leave and sick leave cards and  controls..

 4. Time sheet will maintained for all employees indicating annual leave taken, sick leave and hours of work,. The time sheet will be      
      brought to  the payroll section on Monday after the payroll period ending not later the 10:00 AM.

 5.  Three days or more of sick leave will be supported by a doctors certificate brought to the payroll section in order that employee may get  paid.

 6. Employees with most accumulated sick leave at the end o the calendar year, will be displayed as a praise. Sick leave hour accumulated   not used are not paid..

7.  Employees are allowed to take annual leave one day at a time if approved by management. They can accumulate 30 hours at the end of the  calendar year.

 8. Terminated employees will be paid balance of unused annual leave.

These employees' policies will be approved and/or amended by the BOD.
